I guess I better take some time and Post something.
Well Kezia Anne turned 1 on October 5. Hard to believe how fast the last year has gone by! We went to McDonalds for her birthday, which just can't be a good place to start things off, but none the less. Then on Friday we had Birthday Cake at the Courts minus Aphra as she was busy playing Simms, that she ordered with schoolastic at school and it finally came(After a VERY long wait). Oh well more cake for me!! I would post some pictures of the party and our New 1 Year Old, but I can not seem to find them , I am hoping they are on Dales Lap Top. I am such a good Mom.
Corbin and Kezia new favorite thing is to sit at the piano and play, it seems to be their bonding. Corbin goes out of his way to find her and take the time to do this. Although I do have to remind him that when He is done he can't leave her alone on the bench.
Yesterday after a very long day of shopping and an incident with some smart a** costco guy, who lets say didn't bring out the best in me. Next time I will just let it go. sadly its not very excititing, but anyways, The kids who after a very long weekend and a few late nights were having a hard time being around each other. So in all my motherly wisdom, and quite frankly I just wanted them to leave me alone as I was on the phone with a very important person, talking about very important things... Anyways I was like go do a craft together. Anyhow they totally did, they turned a yougurt box into a mask for Mahlon, who now is Mighty Mahlon .Funny How sometimes they just pull it out. They managed to play with the mask and each other for the rest of the night. It really was quite pleasant. thank you!!
Anyway I am off to prepare my 2 min talk on virtue for Enrichment Meeting tomorrow! Have a great Day!!
