Yeah, I know I haven't blogged for a while... ooops??!!!
But I did something today that I was just so excited about!
The Vancouver Temple is quickly finishing and I was able to go today and help put the Chrystal's on the Chandelier! It was so beyond words.
First it only took me less than 20 minutes to get there!But I do fondly remember those Winnipeg to Regina Temple Trips, with much affection!!! but come on... less than 20 minutes!!!
It was a little over whelming being able to go inside, everything was still under protective plastic wrap, but the murals were painted, (Yeah I said Murals!!) the carpet laid, Chairs placed.... under all the dust and plastic there was a real temple. Even the construction workers were nice.
I was able to work with 4 full time Elders, And seriously this one Missionary was the Chandelier King. I just kept chuckling, seriously I thought they sent him with the Chandelier. And if anyone knows and Elder Jardine form Brigham City, a big shout out to you!!!!
It was a great experience, and I will always look upon the Vancouver Temple Celestial Room Chandelier with a little more love and appreciation!!!
