My kids are very concerned that the winter is not heralded in by falling snow. I always try to reason with them that back in Manitoba where there is snow it is FREEZING!!! they seem to not mind, and willfully want to return to the snow. Kezia calls the Fog snow, I used to correct her, but she is happier calling it snow!
Well lucky for us it finally snowed here a little this weekend, and more of a dump today. it is suppose to stay cold here, around the 0-5 degree mark. It is currently 4 degrees (laugh if you will), so it should be here for a few days anyway!!! It make everything so beautiful here. Usually it looks like the middle of summer and everyone forgot to take down the Christmas lights.
There is nothing more beautiful than fresh mountain snow!!

Anne getting your post made me smile, I agree there good things about Winnipeg, people have to be friendly or no one would ever come here!!! I think that the cold does somehow take over many of the good things because your butt is cold all the time and it's getting harder to be nice when you can move because you are frozen solid. I would love to go play in the snow with shorts on how fun would that be!!! i think it looks pretty good out there in b.c. and plus I hear that a box of chocolates are on there way out there to visit. Even better!!!
