We left Sunday for Tacoma, Washington, and bunked out at a hotel, okay a motel.
We had planned to get up early Monday, cross the border, drive 3-4 hours including through Seattle am rush hour traffic, drop Aphra off at EFY, get our groceries and then drive 3 1/2 more hours to Nehalem Bay State Park in Oregon. Thank goodness Dale has some sense.
He had us packed up Saturday night (we got home from my Moms Saturday Afternoon!), and we got up somewhat early Sunday, finished our packing... and off we went!
We stayed at a Motel 6. I heart Motel 6.
it was still hot in Tacoma,
there was no escaping the Heat!
They big kids got to take turns catching
the Girls when they jumped into the water!
They are FEARLESS!!!
he sacrificed his clothes for his blanket.
This was the unveiling of the hidden blanket...
you'll notice he only has one outfit in a few days...
