Finally!!!

No I am not ignoring you!! It has taken this long for Telus to send us a modem to hook us up!! I tried to "borrow" from the neighbors but it was a no go.I was so desperate I hooked this up myself!! But I am BACK!!! Plus I have a lot of catching up to do reading some blogs... BUt none the less I can do it!!!

We are well! Very well today. it is beautiful outside, Its sunny which gives us a rare view of the mountains, its mostly cloudy here and its easy to forget that to the north there are mountains, close. Which I am still awe struck when I see them, but as Corbin has informed they are old news now and to stop pointing them out!! It is also 7 degrees to, and come on I am a Prarie Girl, I am lucky to see 7 degrees in April let a lone January, So I think this is great!! My neighbor was out washing his car in a t shirt. too much for me. But i will try to contain myself for those of you still sticking it out in the freezing cold!! Just don't call for the next few days, cause its clear skies for a few days!!! We did have snow have snow here which they tell me is unusual, but it lasted for a week, so I am not sure if I believe them, but the heavy wet snow made for a few challenges, especially driving up and down the hilly roads.

We are mostly settled in to our house, We are living life in Suburbia, soooo many houses, but I like that my front door opens onto the street which gives my lots of oppertunity to greet my neighbors. but I am not sure about all the houses, at first I was unsure but I am now getting used to it. We are still living around boxes, but I just don't care enough to pull more junk out... sad thing is that I threw out tons of stuff before we came, now I have tons more to go!!

The kids are doing great, They love it here. They have adjusted to school really well, they all made friends the first day, and Aphra has a birthday party this weekend. yipee. Mahlon is king of the park next door, which there are lots of kids to play with, a bonus for him(and me)!!

*** And incase you were wondering what the heck is in that picture.. if you look really hard behind the tall trees is the golden ears mountain, this is the view from the boys room. And I know mom you want to see the house, but come on I need to clean up first!!!
