This is Just Too Much for Me!!!

This is the View of the Mountains that are North of Vancouver from The USA, Which the further you get the more you can see how they Craddle the City. You are going to have to come and see how beautiful they are for yourself!!!

This is the View from the Bridge between Mission, BC and Abbottsford, BC. Looking East.

Okay, I Love it here!!! Today we took Aphra to an 11 year old Girls activity for Church in Abbottsford, at the stake centre. It is about 45minutes from our house, And since it was about 30min for us to get to Church when we lived in Manitoba, so really 45min every now and then is just not a big deal, although ask me that in a few years. Anyhow It was an all day affair, As she is the only 11year old in our Ward she didn't know anyone who was going to be there. But not to worry by the end, she had made friends with everyone. It was a wonderful activity they had a super fancy lunch, on the menu was Crisp Garden Salad with Pistachio-Lime Dressing, Chicken Saltimbocca, Stuffed baked potato, Fresh Vegetables, and for dessert Cream Puff Towers with Milk Chocolate Drizzle, How fun is that!!! They had Expected maybe Pizza or something but all the girls were thrilled when they walked in and the tables were set with China and Stem Wear, needles to say they were thrilled!! They learned all about modesty,& the importance of getting an education, all of which she was very excited to share!!!

But while she was having fun we skipped across the border, into the U.S. of A!!! Seriously when we talked about moving away from Winnipeg, one of the things I was reluctant to give up was being close to the US to shop. But I am so relieved to report that we are so close, way closer than before, and the best part is when you come back into Canada, they aren't very concerned with what you bought, as everyone goes across for Groceries. This is just too much for me. So we went to Bellingham, which is maybe an hour and a half from our house(And that is taking into account any ferry ride and waiting at the border), and so much closer from Abottsford. Any way I stocked up on juice boxes @ $1.34/10 pack; little debbie cakes for $1.39/ pack and the all important Easy Cheese. I also picked up some baby soap for $1.09. I also had a McChicken for a $1, I don't want to know how they can afford to sell it for a doller but none the less. I tried to show some restraint today as it is very possible that it won't be too long before we go down again. But I am getting us some passports, all they do is scan you in and a way you go, seriously. Okay and to top it off it was 11 degrees today. In January, we were to hot to wear our jackets.

Does it get any better than this??

Possibly, but I am going to have to slow down.

Okay for all you who hate me now, we are paying $0.94/litre for Gas.
