WINNIPEG!!! for a Vacation!! DUH!!!
Well I for one see it as a very exciting place to go!!!
Dale had been away in Toronto a lot lately and one night in a moment of weakness he booked me a flight to Winnipeg so I could go and hang out with Angela!! Moment of weakness because if Tirzah & I go, guess who gets to stay behind with the others??? ahhh, Dale!!!
Mahlon begged up unil the the last minute to go with us, as he puts it "I've never been on a plane!!".
My heart bleeds for him.
So it was off to Winnipeg for a weekend of fun! The party rolled in to Winnipeg shortly after 12am Friday Morning! the only thing slowing me down was Tirzah!
Angela was the best, we drove around visiting. They were quick short visits, but I was able to see most people I wanted, with a few exceptions. I really think I need at least a week.
It was fun to see the Changes: a new Costco, New people in the Ward, And how much people have changed in the past year! We drove by our old house, very quickly. I didn't want to the people to come running out"You sold us a crappy house!!" but our old house is now a junk yard. that was sad.
I had a great time, Angela and I were able to spend one morning in our pajama's on the couch. And I think all we ate all weekend was junk food! life's good!
Nolan, Ang's 8 year old son Saturday morning made us Pancakes from Scratch!! They were super Yummy!! By far the best Pancakes EVER! And Jarom and I had one giggle fit during the sacrament at Church, so highly inappropriate, but fun nonetheless!! And definitely a Highlight was seeing all of my Young Women at Church! I miss them all!!
I loved hanging out with Angela, We had a great time whether we were bullying Joelle & Nicole for their Candy, or Playing Ticket to ride with the Barfuss's, Going for Lunch, Or waiting for Spencer to make us our Pina Colada's... virgin of course!
So while I was having a great time how did Dale do?? They did great, they had his Aunt & Uncle visit, went for Lunch with his Brother Kevin, and oh yeah they power was out for 24 hours!! He was pretty happy to see me!!

Craig just returned from a week long trip to San Fransisco for and Oracle Confernece. Yeah, he had to suffer through the giant end party when Lenny Kravits played live. I need to convince him to have a moment of weakness next.
It was great to see you and as I am sure you were told by countless people you are very much missed. When you drove through Niverville, bet you were suprised to see how much it had grown.

We were thrilled to have you back "home" again. Considering it has been about a year since you left, I think this should be a yearly tradition, don't you?
Who knew that suddenly deciding to eat at Zeller's would prove a moment of destiny? I mean really, who eats at Zellers (besides you & Angela)?

I could swear I saw thre pictures of Jarom and he was playing video games in everyone single one. Poor neglected child...
Ok, so I am so jelous that you got to go to Winnipeg for the weekend!!(Now that is realy scary that we think that)It looked like you had a fabulous time and had non stop action. I would expect nothing less from you!! Next time lets go together!
