32 hours and counting....

It is almost over...

First there was spring break and then Dale went out of town for a week, but now, its almost over!!

Well it actually hasn't been that bad, but I am looking at the light at the end of the tunnel. I think I just like the comfort of knowing that Dale will be home at the end of the day, to help pick up the pieces of the day. The good news is that it has been beautiful for the past 5 days so the kids have been able to play outside, unlike spring break that rained, and rained, and rained. The other day Mahlon came inside freaking out(and that would be the nice version) the neighbourhood kids had set up a bike jump, but one of the mom's wouldn't let mahlon jump with out his bike helmet, which I think is packed away some where, so off we went to the store to pick up helmets for Corbin & MAhlon, so now they loop the block for hours doing bike jumps. Mommy loves it!!!!

After my midwife apointment yesterday Corbin & I stopped and Picked up slurpees for the gang(which added to a corn dog became supper) This was Kezia's first very own slurpee! It was so fun to watch her enjoy it!!! She wouldn't even go outside, which is what she is always trying to do. I have given up on her talking, when she wants something she goes into this high pitched grunt, very annoying. So I thought that I would try to teach her some signs to express what she wants, so far she has learned milk and please. so now when she goes into the freaky grunting I try to get her to sign, so far it is working pretty good. I'd like her to talk more than her 5 words, but this will work for now!!

And my last bit of exciting news I booked Shelby a flight for the end of may, she is going to be my nanny. Poor girl!!! She will be here for 4 weeks, We are looking forward to her coming! She will be here to watch the kids while I have the baby, which is a huge relief, as not being near family (including the courts) makes it very stressful. but I am now worry free(mostly)!!! Bring on the baby!
