We’re #3!!!!

Well Actually the City of Vancouver is, and I had absolutely nothing to do with it.

Apparently Vancouver is the third place best city to live in the entire world. You can read the article below, but as a humble reminder to everyone here it snowed this morning.

Vancouver 3rd in Global Study

Well with Dale back, Sunshine, warm weather and with Corbin complaining that we are all boring and that we need to get out and Walk more, we decided to take the kids to Cliff Falls on Saturday. It is a loop trail (3-4 KM), and there are two waterfalls somewhere in the middle. It follows a small creek which is more like a river right now. Anyhow I, the pregnant lady conquered the trail, and the hills. We realized how much Corbin misses his Big Yard to play in, while we were at the picnic spot Corbin was lost in his own little world, just like he used to go and play in our back yard for hours on his own, it made me a little sad for our old house. We had a good time, especially Kezia, she walked pretty much the entire trail, which made for a very good nights sleep. The highlight was the river, as it has a rock bottom, and when you throw rocks in it they clank. Seriously we had to drag them away. Kezia loved throwing the rocks. And Aphra tried to jump the rocks to get to the other side, or at least to the rocks in the middle. And she only got one foot soaked.

The fresh air worked so well to get Kezia to sleep through the night in her own bed(in my mind it is the reason), we took her last night for a run down the block, never mind she kept tripping on the cement and eventually passed out(from her crying, not hitting the cement), and screamed all the way home. It worked like a charm; she slept all night in her crib. I am thinking that this will pretty much be her bed time routine. The walk, not the passing out part.
