Just what every Dad Wants...

An Iron.

No Really. Okay maybe not every Dad. I am a little renowned for my odd gift giving. One year Dales Christmas Presents were Pink String, Febreez (for the Car), and a car snow scraper. So he really should be expecting the unexpected! And after he stopped mocking the Iron, he put it to good use, he enjoyed all the fancy features, and was very pleased with his new toy! His finely pressed shirt made him the hottest Dad at the office today! The kids were able to give them all their fun fathers day stuff, and we spoiled him with a steak dinner, that he had to BBQ himself. They also went on a hike to Cliff Falls, and were able to throw rocks into the river, and try to get across the river by stepping on the stones, and NOT falling in to the water.

We have been enjoying our Time with Grandma Taylor. Dale took her and Shelby & Aphra into Washington on Friday to do some shopping. He went down to get me a stoller and they did some outlet shopping. They were gone all day and Dale said they could have could have continued! I am a little sad that I didn't get to go, but they brought me back lots of fun stuff!

They Went to the Hydro Dam on Saturday morning for thier Cub wind-up. boo hoo cubs is over until the fall.

So Dale went down to Target to get me a stroller. It is a sit & stand. So Kezia can stand in the Back or Sit on a seat when she is tired(that is how it is marketed). The stroller was $120 USD compared to $250 up here. But this baby is BIG. It's all coming back to me why I have my kids so far apart, so I don't have to push around this huge monster of a stroller. I used it to pick Mahlon up from School today and The moms were like "thats quite the stroller". And it is.

kezia looks so growen up in that adorable outfit, it must be a new one from the shopping trip. I like the looks of your stroller. I wish I'd heard about one like that.... Oh well my kids are too big for it not much longer to go with our stroller. I need to go to target so I'm jealous I didn't get to go on the trip myself. Take care

You know Anne is just making up for the lack of a mothers day gift she got. It also takes a manly man to get such a cool iron.

I don't get out of the house much either these days. Finn gets mad if I'm in the store too long. The sling works for him, but when he decides he wants to eat, you have about 5 seconds until he begins the melt down. I had to split my grocery shopping into two days and even then I still didn't get everything on my list. Oh well. Love the pictures, Kezia is getting so big and Tirza is such a little doll baby! Wish we could go shopping for fun baby stuff together, I need to get some more 3-6 month clothing for Finn, he is almost ready to move out of 0-3 months sizes. Where does the time go? -Heather

Tirzah is already looking so different. Little babies change too fast but they are sweet at every stage. Well maybe not during teething. ;)

Hi Anne and family! Congratulations on your new addition! What a beautiful baby; who does she look like? Charmbury; Hayden or Taylor??

You take care of youself and look forward to seeing Kezia soon - I hope! Are you planning on spending any time at the lake this summer in good ol' Saskatchewan?

Love you lots; Heather

Kezia, seriously looks like a little lady in that picture. This being apart from one another SUCKS. Tirzah is going to be walking before we see her.

Glad Dale liked the Father's Day gift. It seems like something every father would love. He is one of the manliest men I know. Really, I'm not laughing as I type.
