We are finally back at home after 3 weeks on the road! That is usually shorter than we are gone for in the summer but since the new baby and my parents came to visit us, and the new cabin is still in progress. It was a short trip. But i came home with a few goodies! I have a New Sister!! Mrs. Amy Hayden. We had a great time at the wedding, and super happy to have her in our family! Our little Aphra turned 12!!! Also high on that list is our New Planet Earth DVD. Everyone should have them, they are the coolest!
Dale came with us to Calgary, stopping in Magrath Alberta to see the Courts(Our Friends from Winnipeg, they were at Angela's Parents) And then to Cardston to see my Auntie Patti!! Then back up to Calgary to drop Dale off at his Course and the flew home from there, and then we drove the remaining 6 hours to Saskatoon! The trip was good, we were delayed by 3+ hours in Golden BC when our battery died, and we waited for a boost and then a replacement. That was a long day, but we finally made it to out destination F-U-N with the Courts.
Today we are hanging out and taking it easy, Kezia is so happy to be back @ her house it's obvious! And I am getting things tided up, and by tidy I mean checking everyone's blogs.
I will share some of our fun summer adventures over the next while, right now I am going to tend to baby Tirzah, who should just be so happy to be out of the car!!!

We've been missing your blogging, but hey, a family vacation always comes first! Looking forward to hearing more about your fun! And I also think you are the bravest woman I know...driving in a car for long periods of time with a baby, WOW! Finn barely makes it to my Mom's which is only 30 minutes away. He hates his car seat, and I can't blame him. How do you do it?!?!
I was starting to get jealous, thinking you were cheating on us with other blogs. It's nice to know it was only a vacation.
Yah, I heard those Planet Earth DVD's were good. Yah I was wondering why you weren't updating your blog.
I ditto the other comments. It's about time to admit some of us live vicariously through your adventures. Next time, would you be so kind as to let us know before hand when you are going on vacation & will away from your blogging? Sheesh Anne, common courtesy....I was having withdrawal symptoms.....Anyway, welcome home & to the start of a new school year. And HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW!!!!!! If you come to Winnipeg I'll bake you a chocolate chocolate chip cheesecake....mmmmm......Oh, tell your sweet husband that D.C.'s mission papers are in & now it's just waiting to see where he's called.
