It's a Hard Life, Being Two

We put the toddler bed in Kezia's room, not thinking we would use it. We like the "cage" crib, if you know what I mean??!!! But after we moved it in, she decided she was going to sleep in it, and so very reluctantly we put her in the toddler bed, you know the one she can get in and out of on her own.

Well for the most part she stays in her bed, I have found her playing with her toys a few times, but for the most part it has gone well. But she has fallen into the routine of reading a book, and falling asleep with the book on her face! So cute!

So cute! I love that she's reading, I wish mine picked up a book at bedtime instead of their toys. I too am not one to move the little ones into a toddler bes so soon, I like keeping them "caged" as well. I even have a "crib tent" to help mne do that. But since we are selling the house our agent advised us against using it, so Gracen has been getting out of her bed at every turn, driving me insane with the constant chasing back and forth at bedtime. We need to move before I am bald from tearing my hair out in frustration.

Yah, I've been wanting to put Wellington in a fun race car bed or something, but I don't like the idea of him escaping out of bed....

Maybe someday, I figure we'll move him to a toddler bed, when he is potty training, so he can get out of bed to go potty if he needs.
