Flood 2006

A government flood forecast said Tuesday. "The updated forecast now points to a flood similar in magnitude to that of 1996." With the improvements over the last few years, from the " Flood of the Century" in '97 the water doesn’t come with the same urgency as it did all those years ago. I thought I would post some pictures as a lot of you out of towners have been asking. I took these pictures on highway 200 along the river. Its quite a drive, it seems like the road is right through a Lake, as the water is on both sides, and seems to go on forever. Wish you were here to experience it for yourselves.
