My Spring Green Iced Cupcakes, and My Cupcake Decoratorwith Fancy colored Sugar!
My Basket of Spring Cupcakes to take Visiting TeachingWhen my Mom & I were shopping in the US, I found this handy little Gadget.
It is a cupcake decorator. ($10 @ Target)
Why would Anne, miss un-crafty & un-prettified, need something like that??!!
Well I had to make Cupcakes for Primary, So it was an immediate luxury.
I have since found That I LOVE it! It is very handy.
They look really pretty, and like I have spent hours decorating them.
But there is one problem. A very Serious problem.
It takes almost 3 times the amount of icing.
One tube does 4 cupcakes Which is both richly decadent, and very disturbing.
The cake is now essentially icing holders.
I have also been using real butter to make the icing, supper yummy.
I'm going to have to find an alternate icing.

Is it weird that I don't like cake but I love cupcakes? I know, it makes no sense, but I do. And for a lighter frosting, have you tried cool whip? I personally love cool whip on cupcakes, and they can look so fluffy, especially with a cool decorator like yours. Which by the way I think I need to have, I would love to be able to make adorable and delicuous cupcakes like yours, but I don't have time to slave over them. I really love how cute your cupcakes turned out, is it wrong that I am salivating all the way over here?

I am so impressed. Your cupcakes look so beautiful. I wish I was there to take advantage of your handy dandy new little gadget. Not to meantion sample the mountain of icing on top of each cupcake Yum!

I have to have it. I wish we had a Target in Logan. I LOVE Target. Estee would love it. We love making cupcakes. I had the BEST ever cupcake recipe. It had chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate. It fell behind a cupboard and is lost for good, atleast until a major remodeling.
